Fifth Sunday after the Epiphany
Set us free, O God, from the bondage of our sins and give us, we beseech thee, the liberty of that abundant life which thou hast manifested to us in thy Son our Savior Jesus Christ; who liveth and reigneth with thee, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.
Then your light will break forth like dawn and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard.
Happy are they who fear the Lord and have great delight in His commandments!
I Corinthians 2:1-12
